Vacancy : IT Senior Administrator / IT Support Engineer Full Time

Hiring Locally only ( inside Kuwait) IT Senior Administrator / IT Support Engineer : Reputed company need technical engineer with minimum 5 years of experience at IT field with knowledge in below systems:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Required professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Cisco certification.
• Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Supervise and provide end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex hardware problems on bank computer systems; perform advanced hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance, and support on a range of PC computers and peripherals.
• Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.
• Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
