Sales Representative for IT Software Solutions Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling IT Software solutions, In-house developed applications. As our Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth.
​Responsibilities:
– Develop a deep understanding of IT Software Sales
– Be familiar with IT Software Solutions
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential clients.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Software applications.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
– Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements:
– Proven track record in Software sales or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
– Strong knowledge of IT Software Solutions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
– Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Solid understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
– Ability to effectively present and demonstrate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or/and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with the Kuwait software market and its business requirements.
– Previous experience selling enterprise IT software solutions or applications
– Knowledge of competitive offerings and market trends related to Software technologies.
