We are looking for Human Resources and Admin for a reputed International Group. experience: 3-5 years Visa: 18 Transferable Only (No Project Visa and 22 Visa) Residing nearby Mahbula, Abu Halifa, Mangaf, Sabahiya or Fahaheel areas.
Age Limit: 22-38 years
Nationality: Indian (North Part of India) (Male / Female)
Role and Responsibilities
Receiving and answering incoming calls, making outbound calls to other divisions and taking messages and handling correspondence. Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, coordinating mail-shots. Coordinating with people from other departments and acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients. Preparing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning. Preparing documents, like quotations, employment contracts, and new hire guides. Arranging travels and meeting rooms for the manager and recruiting, training and supervising junior staff. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Maintain office supplies for the department. Organize and maintain personnel records. Update internal databases (e.g, record sick, vacation leave or maternity leave). Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. Leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules.
