Supervising Restaurant staff to ensure their high services to customers
– Taking care of staff schedule to ensure the appropriate staffing
– Hiring and training staff when are needed to improve their skills
– Daily managing and organizing of restaurant operations
– Overseeing the stock level of food, equipment, supplies and forecasting needs
– Monitoring the budget and cost control to
– Following up customer needs, comments and complaints
– Adhering to the health and safety standards
Requirements:
-3 to 5 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager
-Good communication & Leadership skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ready to join
