Job Description:
* Maintain and update the files of all employees to contain all required documents.
* Prepare job offer letters, contracts and salary certificates.
* Calculate and process payroll by doing employee salaries, wages, overtime, and bonuses, Personal data, compensation, benefits, Attendance, termination data, attendance record and monitor the leaves accurately and on time
* Stay up-to-date with Kuwait labor laws and regulations.
Requirements: · At least 2 Years’ Experience in the same role or similar. · Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic/English. · Computer knowledge and skills in MS Office Application. · Bachelor’s degree. · From inside Kuwait only. · Transferable Visa Only & can join immediately. .
