1. Secondary School+ 1 year training in computer.
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience working in Oil & Gas Telecom Infrastructure with expertise in using the Hotline, Emergency lines, Helpdesk, Portable Radios.
3. Fluency in Arabic & English is essential.
4. Proficiency in computers.

Responsibilities: –
1. Operating on PC based telephone, console/radio room console and other equipment as per job requirement.
2. Managing and coordinating intervention and incident resolution.
3. Managing system alerts
4. Monitoring of network and services via provided monitoring consoles and systems.
5. Receiving incidents/requests by radio/phone/mail/web.
6. Promoting end-user satisfaction.
7. Maintenance/ improvement of customer loyalty through the effective handling of customer contacts and requests. Free food and accommodation provided with Visa transfer.
