Site Engineer required Full Time

Job Opening: Site Engineer – Civil Construction (Arabic Speaking)
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 Years Language: Arabic (Speaking & Reading) – Mandatory We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our civil construction team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing site activities, be fluent in Arabic, and be proficient in modern construction software tools like Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient site execution
• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, plans, and BOQs
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment at site and provide updates to Project Manager
• Ensure site safety and compliance with local construction regulations
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or issues that may arise

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction software/tools
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking and reading) – mandatory
• Strong communication, reporting, and team coordination skills
• Familiar with Kuwait municipality regulations and procedures
• Must have a valid transferable residency in Kuwait
• Must have Kuwait valid Licence.
