Need Purchase Officer Full Time

A Reputed company in shuwaikh is looking for Experienced Purchase Officer with below Qualifications.

1. Create Purchase order / send to suppliers/followup.
2. • Controlling shipments from origin to Delivery: Choosing freight mode? Verifying Shipping documents in accordance with Kuwait customs? correcting discrepancies if any? Delivery order, Customs clearance & Bayan.
3. Arranging of different modes of freights SEA, AIR, ROAD and INCOTERMS (EX-works, CFR, FOB &CIF).
4. Aware of Letter of credit & Payment follow up with Finance Dept.
5. Generating and Analyzing different types of Reports to help your self, to achieve 100% accuracy.
6.Good in MS Excel & ERP”s -(Preference to Experienced In SAP).

# IF Selected should be able to Join between April 1st -April 7th Maximum. (Others not entertained).

# minimum salary is 400 KWD, – If you are matching our expectations will offer more than 400 KWD.
