Accountant Needed Full Time
our Contracting and Real-estate company requires Accountant for following
Job responsibilities
• Assists senior accountants with all financial operations.
• Makes journal entries
• Keep accounts receivable٫ accounts payable and issue invoices up to date
• Participate in reviewing necessary procedures including expenses٫ payroll records and so on
• Review and update financial data in databases keeping them accurate٫ relevant and fully accessible by request.
• Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Updating financial records via accounting software
• Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
