One of the leading logistics company in Kuwait is looking for an accountant

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional duties include monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and assisting with tax preparation and filing.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, financial record management, and budget monitoring
Experience in preparing financial reports, performing audits, and tax preparation and filing
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience with financial management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
