We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Requirements:
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Strong communication and writing skills in English
– Good filing and organizational skills
– Experience handling petty cash
– Must have a valid 18 transferable residency (iqama)
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
– Knowledge of making hotel bookings and coordinating with travel agents for flights (minimal work required)
– Male candidates preferred, aged 30–35 years old
– Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage
– Must be honest, trustworthy, and of good character
Duties:
– Managing schedules and daily office operations
– Coordinating with company driver, mandoub, and office support staff
– Handling hotel and travel arrangements as required
– Managing petty cash and maintaining records
Benefits & Salary:
– Flexible working hours – 2-day weekend (Friday & Saturday)
– Working days: Sunday to Thursday Salary: Starting from KD 280, negotiable based on experience and skills
