Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the administrative team with various day-to-day operations.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
