Architectural CAD Engineer Needed Full Time

Preparing Detailed Shop Drawings, & As builts. Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details. Prepare shop drawings, tender drawings and specifications as instructed by Design Coordinator.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and HVAC drawings and other trades. Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines. Manage and file drawings. Preparing detailed cut-list drawing for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation. Co-ordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil, with architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop Experience at least 3 to 5 years Candidate should have valid Civil Id and should be 18 visas transferable in addition to the qualifications above, Cv,s Email to Sandhya@conceptcoms.com.kw
