Reputed Training and consultancy company is looking for Assistant Manager – Operations to join the company in Fahaheel.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Responsible to meet and exceed assigned sales targets to meet organizational strategic objectives
– Assist & Support the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
– Deal with finance and HR where necessary
– Identify new business opportunities and projects
– Deal with International Academic partners on a daily basis
– Maintains quality service to the clients by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in commerce
• More than 5 years of proven work experience as a Manager or same capacity.
• High-level communication skills (English)
• Proven ability to negotiate
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Experience sales and marketing skills and exceeding targets Salary – Negotiable
