Key Responsibilities:
>Drive new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients.
>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
>Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
>Present and promote our comprehensive in Oil & Gas Services & building maintenance services.
>Negotiate contracts and close sales.
>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
>Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within the oil & gas industry & Building Maintenance. >Deep understanding of the oil & gas market & Building Maintenance including exploration, production, and services Strong communication and negotiation skills.
>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
>A proactive approach to solving problems and identifying opportunities.
>A team player who can also work independently to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
>2+ years of experience in a business development role. >Knowledge of the building maintenance or facilities management industry, KOC, KNPC is a plus.
