Business Development Manager/Engineer Needed Full Time

We specialize in Oil Field, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Interiors, Fabrications and ETC.
Salary + Bonus – Will depend on your experience.

Job Responsibilities:
> Generate new business leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and targeted outreach.
> Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s products/services and strategic goals. > Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
> Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
> Developing and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
> Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business initiatives.
> Keeping abreast of industry trends and market conditions.
> Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status.
> Provide regular reports and analysis to management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:
> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
> Proven experience in business development or sales.
> Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
