We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and effective service. Follow call center scripts, policies, and procedures. Requirements: Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken). Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be based in Kuwait with immediate availability to join.
