Subject: Job Vacancy – Cashier Position at Aspire Indian International School We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Finance Department.
Position: Cashier (English & Arabic-speaking)
Location: Jleeb Al-Shuyouk, Abbasiya Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
• Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash, checks, and electronic payments from students, parents, and staff.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining precise records of daily transactions and reconciling them at the end of each shift.
• Customer Service: Providing friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues.
• Report Generation: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for review by the Finance Department.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all financial policies and procedures established by the school.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar financial role.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and financial software.
