Job Responsibilities
1) Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs
2) Estimate quantity of materials.
3) Prepare Shop Drawings.
4) Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at site visits.
5) Track changes in plans or constructions; update quantities
6) Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
7) Keep track of construction materials and inventory
8) Drawings progress, materials, and reports on project
9) Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors
