We are looking to hire a Contract Technical Assistant – VI to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
– Drafting and formatting company standard memos for various phases of tender/contract events.
– Generating Tender Schedules as per the Leadership Committee’s KPM cycle through MS Project.
– Formatting the tender package, converting it to PDF, and uploading it in e-Beams before the issuance of the tender.
– CD/DVD preparation during different phases of tender/contract.
Qualifications:
– Secretarial Education with a training course in a relevant field, Diploma/University Degree.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.
– Excellent communication and written skills.
– Fluent in English. – Must have a transferable visa 18 (Ahli).
– Immediate availability to join.
Location: Ahmadi Basic Salary : 500KD plus allowances
