1- COST CONROLLER SALARY 350 TO 400 FULL PACKAGE Job Title: Cost Controller Department: Food and Beverage Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager Summary: The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the food and beverage costs of a group of restaurants. This includes developing and maintaining budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities to save money. The Cost Controller also works with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement cost-saving strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain budgets for all food and beverage outlets Track expenses and identify areas where costs can be reduced Conduct variance analysis to identify and investigate cost overruns Work with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement cost-saving strategies Monitor inventory levels and ensure that food and beverage costs are in line with budget Prepare and present reports to the Food and Beverage Manager on food and beverage costs Assist with menu planning and pricing

2- ACCOUNTANT
SALARY-250 KWD FULL PACKAGE
Job Title: Accountant Department: Accounting Reports To: Accounting Manager Summary: The Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of a group of restaurants. This includes recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The Accountant also works with the Accounting Manager to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Record all financial transactions in the general ledger Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage accounts payable and receivable Process payroll and prepare payroll tax returns Assist with budgeting and forecasting Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Prepare and present reports to the Accounting Manager on financial performance Assist with external audits
