Customer Support Officer
-Provide front line support to Amadeus Hospitality customers primarily via phone and e Support.
-Maintain technical knowledge of Amadeus and other GDS will be an advantage.
Requirements:
– One to two years of experiences within a call center/help desk environment.
– Experience in Travel and Tourism field.
– High communication and customer service skills
