Data Analyst and IT Administrator / Support Specialist Needed Full Time

A reputed company is looking for Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques Understands the processes that create and maintain the data identify areas of weakness in the processes and establishes controls liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing monitor and audit data quality manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data sets prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations provide sector and competitor benchmarking Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Graduate – preferably in business information systems, information management or computer science Certification in querying/scripting language/ business intelligence and analytics platforms 5+ years of relevant data experience

2. IT Administrator / Support Specialist To maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware, and networks. Manage day-to-day IT Service Help Desk operations and resolve all reported technical problems in a timely and effective manner to ensure that the Information Technology department provides a high-quality IT service to its customers.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or relevant field Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, is preferable Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in the field of IT Administration
