Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager / Solution Sales Engineer

We are a rapidly growing technology and engineering solutions provider in the GCC region, delivering enterprise solutions across data centers, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and backup infrastructure. We are partnered with global technology leaders such as Cisco, Veeam, Dell, HP, Nozomi, and Google, and work across both the enterprise and small business sectors to deliver end-to-end ICT solutions.
Role Overview
• We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager / Solution Sales Engineer who can bridge both the sales and technical sides of the business.
• This role requires a blend of field engagement and bid preparation — meeting potential clients, identifying opportunities, and actively participating in tender preparation, proposal writing, and submission.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of enterprise technologies, commercial acumen, and the ability to align with vendor programs and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit and engage with potential clients across the enterprise and SME sectors to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids, ensuring full compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Manage relationships with global vendors (Cisco, Dell, HP, Veeam, Nozomi, Google, etc.) and local distributors for pricing, deal registration, and rebates.
• Develop and grow assigned accounts by offering tailored ICT and infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate internally with technical teams to finalize solution designs and BOQs. • Respond to government and private-sector tenders with professional documentation and submission.
• Achieve quarterly sales and profitability targets while expanding the customer base.
• Keep CRM (e.g., Odoo) updated with leads, opportunities, and bid tracking.
• Represent the company in vendor meetings, industry events, and product sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, pre-sales, or tendering within the ICT or system integrator sector.
• Proven experience working with Cisco, Dell, HP, Veeam, Nozomi, or Google Cloud portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, backup, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with Kuwait and GCC tendering procedures and documentation.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred certifications:
• Cisco CCNA / CCNP • Veeam Sales or Technical
• Dell / HPE Sales Accreditation
• Google Cloud Practitioner
