A General Trading Company is Looking for a Facility Administrator
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• 🛠 Manage administrative tasks, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• 🏢 Inspect company buildings and assets monthly and submit detailed reports to management.
• 🔧 Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements; arrange regular upkeep of equipment and internal systems (e.g., AC/Heating, alarms, security cameras).
• 🛋 Inspect rooms, furniture, and vehicles to identify repair or renovation needs.
• 🛡 Oversee office security systems—including access control, alarm systems, and surveillance equipment—and ensure protocols are up-to-date.
• 🧯 Ensure FHC equipment is serviced and inspected annually according to expiry dates.
• 💰 Handle budgeting and financial planning for office expenses. • 📦 Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all resources are available and restocked monthly.
• 🧹 Oversee cleanliness and organization of office spaces, common areas, and meeting rooms; design and manage cleaning and disinfection schedules for buildings and warehouses.
• 🧾 Maintain updated records of invoices from external partners (e.g., suppliers, insurance agents, security services).
• 🔍 Research new services and appliances to improve facilities operations.
🎓 Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative or facilities management roles.
⏰ Work Timing: Saturday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 🛂 Visa: 18-month Ahli, transferable
