Finance Manager Needed Full Time

A reputable manufacturing company in Kuwait searches for a seasoned Finance Manager.

Role Description:
• Responsible for the submission and presentation of the annual budget (capital and operational) to the Senior Management.
• Responsible of carrying out the function of the Finance through managing and leading the finance team, monitoring daily activities, and reporting to the General Manager of the plant.
• Maintaining accurate accounting and financial records (General Ledger & subsidiary ledger).
• Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, Funds and Cash flow statements. • Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and presenting the monthly summary performance to the top management.
• Oversight the preparation of financial related activities and reports including Annual Profit and fund budget, Financial Feasibility studies, business rationalization, pricing, cost analysis and profitability studies
• Monitoring monthly cashflow and managing short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to provide timely and useful information to maintain healthy cash position.
• implementation of adequate control activities related to finance and other functions finance records, overseeing the inventory count process, cash counts, safeguarding plant’s resources, etc. • Liaison with external auditors to issue the annual audited reports on a timely basis.
• Developing relationships with external parties such as banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor operational and financial costs to continuously identify cost reduction areas.
• Team development through trainings and learnings in areas related to finance and operational function and system related matters (MS Dynamics).

Requirements:
• BSC or BSBA Graduate in Accounting, Chartered Accountant or CPA with 10 years experiences including 3 years in Manufacturing Set-up.
• Proficient knowledge in cost accounting, IFRS accounting standards, budget preparation and auditing activities.
• Adequate knowledge in microcomputer applications and ERP systems.MS Dynamics is Preferred.
• Competent in oral and written skills.
• Problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Practical experience in budgeting and risk management.
• Distinguished knowledge of the data analysis process and different forecasting models.
