Finance Manager Required Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing all financial activities within the organization. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management for decision- making.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and achieve financial goals. Manage cash flow, and investment activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources and maximize returns.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support in decision- making, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role. Strong financial and accounting skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis. Knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
