General Cashier and Paymaster Needed Full Time

We are currently seeking a skilled and responsible General Cashier and Paymaster to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in cash handling, financial management, and payroll processing. As a General Cashier and Paymaster, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy, managing cash flow, and ensuring timely payroll disbursements.

Job Description
• Maintains clean and orderly cash box.
• Receives payment from the customers via cash, cheque, debit & credit cards and issues payment receipt for the same.
• Takes safe custody of Cash.
• Issues refunds due to customer.
• Performs End of day cash reconciliation along with receipt vouchers.
• Hands over daily cash and cheque collections along with the Till Report to the Chief Cashier
• Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, invoices, payroll records, and tax documents.
• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile cash accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of financial.
• Reviews the collection made by the close of business every day.
• Liaises with the Insurance Accountant in order to ensure adequate Insurance coverage for all cash and cheque in hand.
• Supports various other roles of the Treasury Function as and when required by the Management.
• Facilitates in the Year End audit process.

Job Requirements :
• Asian Nationality
• Visa Article 18
• Age 25-35
• Male/Female
• 2-4 Years of full-time experience in same field (preferably with couriers or drivers)
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• KPI’s and result-focused
• Asian , Arabic and/or English language fluency
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Training experience is a plus.
