General Maintenance Foreman Required Full Time

Job Summary: The General Maintenance Foreman oversees and manages the maintenance activities of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and pump systems. This role ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety through effective supervision, technical expertise, and adherence to maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and Coordination: Oversee daily maintenance activities for chillers, cooling towers, and pump systems. Assign tasks to maintenance technicians and monitor their progress. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support.
2. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with chillers, cooling towers, and pumps, executing necessary repairs. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and ensure timely completion.
3. Technical Expertise: Monitor chiller performance, focusing on refrigerant levels, compressors, and heat exchangers. Ensure proper functioning of cooling towers, including fan motors, drift eliminators, and water distribution systems. Maintain and repair pump systems, emphasizing seals, bearings, impellers, and alignment.
Experience Requirements: 15+ years of experience in maintaining chillers, cooling towers, and pump systems. Prior supervisory experience is a strong advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
