We are looking for a proactive and organized Housing Coordinator to manage tenant relations and support the smooth operation of our rental apartment units. This role will serve as the key liaison between tenants and property owners, ensuring that any issues with the apartments are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in property or housing coordination, and must possess a valid Kuwait driving license to travel between apartment locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main contact for both tenants and building owners.
• Respond to tenant concerns, complaints, and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate repairs and services with property owners, maintenance personnel, and external vendors.
• Track and document all apartment-related issues and their resolutions.
• Support the move-in/move-out process and help tenants understand rules and procedures.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction and resolve conflicts when they arise.
• Conduct site visits to apartments as needed for inspections or follow-up.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in housing coordination, property management, or tenant relations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Well-organized with attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, email).
• Must have a valid Kuwait driving license.
• Ability to work independently and travel between locations as required.
