We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to support the HR and Administration department. This role reports directly to the HR and Admin Manager and will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, administrative tasks, compliance matters, and payroll processing.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR practices, local labor laws, and payroll systems.
They must be organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as the role involves collaboration with various departments including PRO, Logistics, and Finance.
Key Focus Areas: Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance Coordinating government-related processes and employee documentation Managing administrative duties such as office supplies, travel arrangements, and filing systems Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
This is a pivotal support role for ensuring smooth HR operations and a compliant, well-organized workplace environment.
