Urgently Hiring Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customers’ e-mails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
2. Manage internal and external communications with customers.
3. Meet the expected performance by focusing on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Resolve customers’ problems by clarifying issues and implementing solutions.
5. Escalate unresolved problems to the direct manager.
6. Follow-up on pending issues to get them solved.
7. Provide key accounts with their requested reports on time.
8. Ensure high level of accuracy in the data provided to customers.
9. Perform other jobs-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Job requirement:
– At least 3 years of experience in customer service
– Having experience in courier service industry is a must.
– Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
– Presentable
– Male & Female
– Article 18 Transferable visa (at least valid for three months)
– Should be able to join immediately
