Urgently Hiring Operation Supervisor
Responsibilities include:
1. Control sorting and routing.
2. Ensure the shipments are routed on time.
3. Ensure the shipments are routed as per the JCS (Job Control Sheet).
4. Arrange shipments movement from the Warehouse to Operations area.
5. Ensure that the necessary scanning has been completed for routing.
6. Prepare stock reports.
7. Prepare reschedules if needed.
8. Supervise the direct reports and ensure they get the proper training and assistance.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
Job requirement:
– At least 3 years of experience in courier service industry is mandatory
– Excellent communication skills
– Attention to details
– Leadership skills
– Good planning & Organizing skills
– Article 18 Transferable visa
– Should be able to join immediately
