Hiring Sales and Procurement Engineer@Innerworks

Brief description of role:

·      Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and achieve sales targets.

·      Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the construction industry.

·      Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing IW solutions and services.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote business growth.

·      Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

·      Manage procurement processes and activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.

·      Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions to optimize procurement costs

Requirements

·      Bachelor degree in Engineering- Civil/Architecture

·      Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Engineering Sales and Procurement with atleast 5 years of experience in local market.

·      Proven experience in sales, business development, and procurement within the construction industry.

·      Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·      Proficiency in CAD and MS Office

·      KSE membership is preferable

·      Bilingual
