Interior Architect Needed Full Time

INTERIOR ARCHITECT JOB DESCRIPTION Over view You will work closely with the project manager, clients and architect/building designer from the design stage through to project completion. The interior architect frequently helps the project manager write construction proposals and is responsible for maintaining the sustainable design material library on-site.
Skills
• Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details and construction techniques.
• Prioritize use of sustainable design trends and materials.
• Competent in drafting (Sketch-up, Autocad, etc.)
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• High level of organization and familiarity with typical office communication tools
• Easily able to cultivate, build and nurture lasting client relationships.
• Works flexibly and collaboratively with other building designers and architects.
• Experience in researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes.
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules and fees.
• Able to create presentation books and other sales materials.
Qualifications/experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or closely related field from an accredited university is required.
• 2 to 3 years or more experience working as an Interior Architect preferred.
• Preferred: Male or Female
• Valid passport
• Degree certificate
