IT Admin & Desktop Engineer required Full Time

We are hiring for the following position for our company based in Kuwait.

IT Admin & Desktop Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Minimum of 5 years of support specialist or help desk-related support experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of operating systems experience (Windows Servers and Redhat-based Linux Servers).
• Minimum of 2 years of Cloud experience.
• Experience in ISO27001 standards and participated in audits and assessments.
• Experience designing, installing, and supporting networks in multiple environments for various clients.
• Administration of Post greSQL Database – L1/2
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud, Redhat Linux, Antivirus, and cloud backup solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Linux server security patching.
• Firm understanding of Microsoft Intune MDM.
• Strong proficiency in managing networking and crimping.
• Basic scripting skills using bash or Ansible for automation and process improvement.
• Strong computer analysis and diagnostic skills with the ability to implement quick and effective solutions to network problems.
• Proven dedication to enabling continuous operations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, conducive to team development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Cloud Services, Microsoft, Redhat, ITIL certifications are a plus.
• BE Computer Science Degree Holder or Masters in Computer Science will be given preference
• CCTV Repair, Fixing the HDMI, projectors etc.
• ERP and hands on experience on any ERP.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of Experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Arabic language writing will be added advantage
