Job Description: Managing IT department -Implement, support and maintenance
General System admin task, IT support to system & networks
Hardware & Software maintenance, which includes L1 & L2 support for windows users & servers,LAN, WAN devices. Inventory management, Endpoint Security management. Network LAN, WAN, Firewall, IP telephone Vmware-Exsi, Vmware, Vcenter,Veeam Backup CCTV Installation & maintenance. VMWare support. Sophos firewall. IP telephony Avaya. MS Office, outlook Good Knowledge in Cisco Networking Knowledge in VMware & ability to manage IT infrastructure Administrative knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server environment (DC, AD, DNS, FS, SQL) Knowledge and experience in Google workspace mail system Experience in managing Sophos firewall

• Operating Systems: Windows 10, Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019
• Cisco switches 2960, 3600X, 9000 model,
• Cisco L2-L3 Switching & Routing, DHCP, VLAN, VTP, RIP, VOICE VLAN,
• Sophos 250 XG Firewall, Sophos central Endpoint Security, Sophos XG Firewall, VPN
• Veeam Backup & Replication 10,

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in a similar position.
• A bachelor s or master degree in computer or information technology/computer engineering from an accredited University.
• Professional certification –CCNA or CCNP – Must
• Microsoft Certified – MCSE
