Required an IT Engineer with his own visa for a vacancy
• Arabic/English language (Arabic speaker)
• People ITIL v3 Foundation or ITIL v4 Foundation certified
• ServiceNow workflow tool with a service catalog
• Service Time and SLAs
• Remote Desktop Management tool: SCCM from customer or LogMeIn
• Ticket documentation in English
• Refresh: 25% per year
• PC models: HP 840 G3 and a few 1040
