Job Description: We are seeking a qualified IT Knowledge Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in training, support, and effective communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role. Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions for users on IT systems and tools Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly Create documentation and user guides for IT applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT services Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT knowledge management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and training roles.
