IT Officer required Full Time

A very well- known Food and Beverage Company in Kuwait is looking for an I.T Officer.

Role and Responsibilities
1.Providing technical support for incoming inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
2.In charge of all IT products purchasing e.g.: printers, laptops, POS machine etc.
3.Resolve staff issues via phone, in person or remotely 4.Responsible for installing new systems, assessing and implementation of new upgrades as needed
5.Conduct consistent analysis of company software and systems to determine whether existing components meet the company’s needs and perform upgrades
6.Creation of email ID’s in company domain and attendance logins for new joiners
7.Responsible for all CCTV cameras in all stores and verifying if all are functional
8.Working with the POS/ ERP teams to rectify all issues
9.Keeping a record of all the equipment under maintenance

Preferred Skills
1.Preferred candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in similar industry
2.Minimum 2 years work experience in F&B industry
3.Bilingual candidate required
4.Ability to work in fast paced environment
5.Positive, hardworking and proactive
