IT Procurement Officer required Full Time

Immediate Hiring!!! We”re seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst with an IT background to join our team! As a key member of our procurement function, you”ll play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic sourcing and category management. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing Purchase Orders, utilising Analytical Skills, conducting Contract Negotiation, and maintaining effective Communication in procurement activities.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashes, and analytics for IT category spend
2. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to design and implement procurement strategies
3. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform IT procurement decisions
4. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Procurement Center of Excellence
5. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in IT procurement

Requirements:
a. 6+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a focus on IT category
b. Strong understanding of IT procurement principles, practices, and technologies
c. Proven expertise in procurement reporting, analytics, and category management
d. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
