IT SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR / IT SUPPORT ENGINEER REQUIRED Full Time

Reputed insurance company need technical engineer with minimum 5 years of experience at IT field with knowledge in below systems: * Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
* Required professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Cisco certification.
* Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
* Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
* Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
* Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
* Supervise and provide end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
* Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex hardware problems on bank computer systems; perform advanced hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance, and support on a range of PC computers and peripherals.
* Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.
* Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
