Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Software Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, demonstrating our software solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and support.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, visits, and online channels.
• Conduct software presentations and product demos to showcase features and benefits.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve client issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communication, and feedback.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements
• Proven experience in IT software sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of software applications and IT systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic is must.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
