IT Specialist Needed Full Time

We are looking for “IT Specialist”
– From inside Kuwait only
– Valid Transferable residency
– Bachelor’s degree Job description
*Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve issues related to workstations, equipment, operating systems, networks, databases, hardware and software
*Develop strategies to increase efficiencies and workflows
*Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades
*Train users on how to properly navigate systems and equipment
*Collecting and backup the databases

Skills and qualifications:
*Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
*Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
*Keen attention to detail
*Good organization, time management and prioritization
*Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
*Strong knowledge of computer science
