IT supervisor and IT support engineer Needed Full Time

1. IT supervisor
Minimum 10 years of Experience
• Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and control over a team of computer and other technical professionals, ensuring the team meets its goals and objectives.
• Provides necessary direction to project managers, analysts, and developers for successful project completion.
• Responsible for participating in project and program planning, gathering requirements, and determining project costs.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling resources to ensure project objectives and policies are followed. Good Infrastructure and networking knowledge are necessary.

2. IT support engineer
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests &Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users & Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology & Possibly training junior staff
