IT Support Engineer required Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth operations across our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, support users, and manage IT resources effectively.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and applications.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems (PCs, servers, printers, etc.).
Manage user accounts, emails, and security permissions. Monitor and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, VPNs, and PBX systems. Support data backups, disaster recovery, and IT security policies.
Assist with CCTV, VoIP, and other IT-related systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in IT support, system administration, and networking. Knowledge of Windows servers, VMware/ESXi.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
