IT Support Needed Full Time

Job Description
• Configuration and implementation of networking/hardware and Software solutions for various customers
• Co-ordinate the deployment of managed networking/hardware devices with customers and external stakeholders
• Processing the queue of managed support tickets and provide L1 Support
• Diagnosing and resolving faults
• Technical consultancy regarding changes to existing products
• Able to identify and make recommendations for improvements to processes

Requirement:
• Engineering graduate/Graduate with minimum 2-3 year experience in supporting and provisioning of network and hardware components
• Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or equivalent level of knowledge
• High level of customer service skills
• Team player with Strong Communication skills and Goal oriented
• Capable of producing high standards of work in difficult and pressured situations with tight deadlines
• Highly organized and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks as required
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred
• Transferrable Visa (Article#18) is a must
