We are looking for an IT Support personnel who has experience in the below
– installing, configuring, and maintaining computers in large organizations
– providing direct user assistance
– monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
– troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
– replace parts as required
– work on an on-call basis if needed
