IT Support needed for a Reputed Insurance Company Full Time

Job Description:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. You will help maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory. Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, VPN, and other corporate applications. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve IT policies and procedures. Provide training and support to employees on IT best practices and security protocols.

Qualifications:
Bachelor”s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications. Familiarity with network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Experience with Active Directory and remote desktop support. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified,CCNA) are a plus.
