IT Support Specialist required

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless network operations, and providing exceptional support to our users.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of proven professional experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
• Residency: Must currently reside in Kuwait with a transferable residency (Article 18).

Technical Competencies
• Networking: Proficiency in the installation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of computer networks.
• Certification: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is highly preferred/required. • Hardware: Hands-on experience in hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and component-level repair.
• Systems Support: Comprehensive knowledge of OS deployment, software configuration, and general end-user technical assistance.
